North on Hwy 14 to Mojave. Once through Mojave, bear left and go through downtown Mojave. Take Hwy 14 towards Ridgecrest & California City. Proceed north on Hwy 14 for 5 miles to California City Blvd. Turn right (east) on CC Blvd and go 7 miles to Yerba Blvd. Turn left (north) on Yerba Blvd and go 1.5 miles to Lindburgh Rd, where the pavement ends. Then continue north of Yerba Blvd for 1/2 mile, to the next dirt road (unnamed). Turn right (east) on this dirt and go 5/10 of a mile. Stop. Dirt road on right leads to subject parcel. Turn right (S) on this dirt road and go 990 feet. Stop. You are now at the NE corner of subject property.
