REMARKS- Located on the north face of the Ana Verde Hills, in west Palmdale.

the hill. At Lakeview Dr, turn east (left) and proceed to Geiger. Stop. From
Lakeview Dr and Geiger, look SE up the hill. Subject property is 1300' up the hill (south)
from Lakeview Dr. You may take Tierra Subida up the hill to see the view, but I do not
recommend this unless you have a plat map and knowledge of the area.
OR for the Physically Fit: From Tierra Subida, turn left (east) on Lakeview Dr. Park
your car at the concrete blockade. On Lakeview Dr, walk east, over the hill, to the end of
the cul-de-sac. Then walk south, up the hill, following the dirt road. Walk up this dirt road,
and other dirt trails, for 1300 feet. You are now near the NEC of subject property.
